About Businessline/Function :

The Network Infrastructure and Telecom team is responsible for supervising, monitoring and developing the Networks, Infrastructure and Telecommunication of the regional Hub of BNP Paribas in the India region, liaising with BNP Paribas Head Offices where all major banking applications are hosted. Telecom Team activities plays a major role in the structure of processes that govern decision making around IT investment, client and suppliers relationships, project management.

Position Purpose

The main objective of this position would be to maintain, implement and administer secure, robust, stable, redundant, Voice and Video infrastructure. Propose latest technologies and innovation in Voice and VC domain. Help and support BAU team for any critical incident or task, interact with architecture team for designing IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

- IP Telephony L1 & L2 tasks to be carried out (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, Voice Gateways)

- Voice incident troubleshooting and escalation to L3

- BAU support operations in Voice Domain

- Supporting AV / VC Setup & coordinating with Vendor for necessary support & resolution

- Supporting other 3rd Party applications, like Digital Signage, Imagicle, Wallboard in Voice Domain

- Coordinates for root cause analysis for the technical issues in the environments and establish recovery and prevention processes

- Obsolesce Management & follow necessary Process to ensure strengthening of Infrastructure

- Vulnerability Management and finding remediation

- Coordinates with onshore teams; interface with vendors and partners for issue resolution.

- Assists the Team Leads/Delivery Manager in maintaining SLA adherence.

- Proposes solution alternatives, provide impact analysis for any technical changes.

- Translates high level objectives into low level work modules and tasks.

- Performs requirements gathering and design

- ITIL and Change Management experience

Contributing Responsibilities

- SOP creation, OPC, other business supporting documentation

- Supporting IPC Unigy, Verba and Nice NTR recording

- Knowledge on Traffic analysis tools: Solarwinds, Netflow, and Wireshark

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience covering Cisco Voice technologies

- Working experience on Cisco IP Telephony, Call manager, Unity, Voice gateways, PRI connectivity, Cisco VC

- Knowledge on SIP, Oracle SBC\xe2\x80\x99s

- Strong knowledge of Video Servers (Expressway, CMS)

- Strong knowledge Video devices (SX-20, Cisco kit, etc)

- Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Verba and Nice NTR recording

- Technical knowledge of Network and Telecom infrastructure.

- Knowledge on Traffic analysis tools: Solarwinds, Netflow, and Wireshark.

- ITIL and Change Management experience

Specific Qualifications (if required)

- B.E or Equivalent

- CCNA (Voice), CCNP (Voice)

- ITIL V3 Foundation desirable

- Ability to work under pressure
