Job Description
Operations Risk & Compliance Lead
- Leading teams Responsible for planning, conducting, and managing numerous highly complex, multifaceted investigation to ensure flight safety
- Maintain a current and deep understanding of worldwide security-related issues and transportation-specific threats
- Lead teams to analyze and interpret all relevant data and apply the appropriate laws, orders, rules, and regulations pertaining to investigations, compliance checks, etc.
- Assist Flight Safety in the Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and other security risk mitigation policies.
- Coordinate with Flight Safety to Liaise with law enforcement and other government agencies, and request, coordinate, and share information as authorized and in support of company objectives
- Provide data, insights, etc. to Flight Safety as and when required for investigations
- Lead teams to conduct security risk assessments and communicate findings in a timely manner to Flight Safety
- Manage teams to Conduct research and analysis on criminal activity alerts to drive risk identification, investigative triage, and alert resolution
- Responsible for assessment of risk and exposure through accurate, objective, and detailed analysis of investigative materials and findings
- Drive safety and security conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
- Oversee equipment purchases, maintenance, certifications, and warranties to ensure compliance
