Primary Responsibilities

The Macro Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Macro sales head and the sales team with all analysis around the FXEM and Rates business required for strategy and decision making.

Position Description:

Financial analytics / Preparation of presentations and reports
Preparing regular revenue and other business performance reports for senior management highlighting performance, momentum
Analyzing revenue, expenses, interactions, and headcount on regular and adhoc basis.
Analyzing FXEM & Rates client wallet / market size by clients, sub products, client location, etc.
Preparing presentations for senior management on performance metrics and key initiatives
Working closely with IT developers on report production and enhancements.
Working closely with sales and traders on analysis required in relation to senior management updates, business planning and budgeting
Trade pipeline update and tracking
Support desk heads on project initiatives with coordination and follow up
Working closely with sales and traders on revenue updates, commentaries, and client feedback
Managing trade reference data
Working closely with Controllers, IT, Risk, and other support groups to improve management reporting on a regular basis

Qualifications

Skills / Attributes required (essential)

2-5 years of experience in management reporting / Product control / COO support role
Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to apply technical knowledge to produce reports & analytics required by business is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, and Interest Rates products
Ability to think out of the box
Working hours: 7 am to 4 pm
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Financial Services/Stockbroking
