:

Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Execute pricing strategies in line with stakeholder requirements;
• Engage with internal and external attorneys to define design and execute specific engagement level pricing proposals;
• Prepare and draft RFP proposals;
• Prepare and draft AFAs
• Manage rate negotiations and related process improvements
• Provide subject matter expertise and define and deliver best practices on law firm pricing in partnership with other groups (Sourcing, TPO, Finance);
• Regularly engage with JPMC attorneys to assist in setting and delivering pricing strategy and law firm pricing negotiations;
• Regularly engage with outside law firms and stay up-to-date with pricing trends with a focus on top spend firms, and;
• Participate in the review of Outside Counsel agreements for pricing and project management requirements.
