Creating business intelligence from data requires an understanding of the business, the data, and the technology used to store and analyse that data. Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualisation and integrated reporting dashboards, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers.

Title: BI & Visualization Developer Location: Kolkata Experience:6 to 9 years Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Technical/Functional Skills 1. Should have at least 6+ years of experience of Business Consulting in Financial Services/ Banking domain 2. Hands on experience & in-depth technical knowledge in Power BI reporting / Tableau / Qlik / QuickSight and other reporting tools 3. Should understand data modeling, data schemas (normalized, flat, star, snowflake, etc.) 4. Should have understanding of database operations e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL 6. Good to have - AWS, EC2, S3, Redshift, Azure Sql DB, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory etc. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Collect and maintain the set of business reporting requirements 2. Analyze existing reports and optimize them for standardization 3. Work with data warehouse architects, data scientists, and data collection application engineers. Propose data schema and data flow optimization for report performance and enhancement as needed. 4. Ability to work in ambiguous environment and have a problem-solving approach 5. Experience in managing teams 6. Ensuring project delivery on committed timeline 7. Prepare documentation for further reference
