Develops and executes security controls, defences and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Maintains hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols. Administers cybersecurity policies to control physical and virtual access to systems. Performs network security audits and testing and evaluates system security configurations to ensure efficacy and compliance with policies and procedures. Conducts penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of applications, operating systems and/or networks. Responds to cybersecurity breaches, identifies intrusions and isolates, blocks and removes unauthorized access. Researches and evaluates cybersecurity threats and performs root cause analysis. Assists in the creation and implementation of security solutions. Provides information to management regarding impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems. Working at NTT

• Analyze, triage security alerts/incidents using SIEM & ITSM/Case Mgmt. tools
• Engage in health check monitoring of SIEM setup, reporting of inactive devices/log stoppage cases, engage with & furnish details required for OEM support cases etc.
• High level understanding of Open Source Intelligence tools, able to carry out IP/domain reputation, Whois lookups & associated skillset desired
• Follow defined SLA’s & set procedures while carrying out day to day tasks & activities
• Working knowledge of any SIEM tool with understanding of rules, dashboards & reports
• Hands on experience on Linux CLI is preferred
• Procedures and KB, known incident resolution, Known Error handling along with creation of knowledge base
• Carry out service start/stop, take backups & engage in associated activities during patching schedule
• High level understanding of systems, networking, database, cloud computing, storage etc. tools & technologies is preferred
• Ability to communicate and listen effectively and be a team player
• Inclination towards emerging technologies
• Self-development through training

Technical Skills SIEM tool - Qradar, DNIF, Mcafee NITRO, LogRythm, Securonix, etc. ITSM tool – Service Now, HPSM, BMC Remedy, etc. Certifications (Preferred) : Comptia Network+, Comptia Security+, CCNA CyberOps, CEH, Any SIEM tool Certification
