Designation - Senior Associate Location: Bangalore / Chennai Department: Audit and Compliance Vacancy Type: Permanent Job Shift: 12PM IST – 9PM IST Roles & Responsibilities of this position:

• Support the Global Audit and Controls team in key initiatives/programs
• Work closely with Global IT teams in the 1st Line of Defense to ensure that internal controls, across Financial, Operational, Compliance & Strategic categories, are commensurate with our defined risk appetite and tolerances
• Support tracking, communication and completion of Client and other 3rd party Due Diligence Checklists in a timely manner
• Support timely submissions of KRIs and Governance reports on behalf of 1s Line of defense to 2nd and 3rd Line of defense
• Support initiatives related to continuous improvement in managing risk across the organization
• Support evidence tracking, preservation and review of ISAE3000 and SSAE SOC1 & SOC2 Type II audits
• Support Business Continuity and DR processes – annual document maintenance, DR/BCP test executions
• Support completion of Global Supplier criticality review and ensure sustainability of review year over year

Qualification & Must have skills:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting, Audit or Technology;
• Master’s degree in business studies will be a plus;

• 3-5 years of Fund Services / Capital markets work experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience within risk management, exposure to Business / IT Audits, Internal controls or related role , preferably within a technology, FinTech or financial services organization;
• Strong assertive communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner to deliver objectives and tasks in a time-bound manner

Strongly Preferred skills & qualifications:

• Any Risk based certification would be an added advantage
