As a Senior Associate – Tech Ops Engineer will contribute to various phases and activities of the software development process or software testing. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment, the engineer works with tech Lead, software engineers, internal partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify ways and means of placing bets and winning games.
• Identify ways of possible issues.
• Mobile Device Testing and sending daily report.
• Explain the problems investigated and problems found.
• Co-ordinate with Senior DEV Team and ensure that all problems are resolved.
• Learn internal tools for easy navigation and problem solving.
• Monitor Systems / Services and rollout Monitoring Updates every hour.
• Be proactive and identify issues in advance.
• To dive deep into every problem statement and understand the Root cause.
• To draft ideas and chalk out plans to permanently fix issues / bugs without making the Customers suffer.
• To share best practices within the team and gain knowledge each hour / each day.
• To bridge gap between Customer Services and Technology teams.
• To share latest updates, identify ongoing problems and regular issues as faced by the end-user.
• On large projects, coordinating on Project Management and Delivery Execution aspects under the aegis of a Program Manger
• Directly supporting Delivery from multiple aspects – Requirement Management, Incident Support & Forward Development.
• Able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
• Collaborate with external & internal stakeholders.
• Adding value in productive way and should not be just an intermediary between the development team and the business users and stakeholders.
• Provide mentoring & guidance to project team members.
• Ability to take initiative, drive decisions, understand project needs without being told, and make key recommendations based on the analysis.
• Effective at communicating and presenting solutions to Senior Leadership
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

• Ability to write10 different types of SQL Queries using Keywords.
• Basic JAVA
• C, HTML, CSS, Python and other Technical skill sets are not preferred.
• Basic Technical Troubleshooting (Disconnections / Internet Fluctuations etc.)
• Communication (oral and written)
• Presentation Skills
• Preferably Male Candidate as this role will be 100% Night Shift Only.
• Native Speaker from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Only.
• Must be fluent in English / Hindi and Telugu.
• Must write English Fluently without errors.
• Typing Speed : Minimum 60 Words per minute.
• Well versed with MS EXCEL (Pivot Table / Graph / Formulas etc.,)
• Well versed with MS WORD (Header / Footer / Documentation / SOP Manuals / Image Insertion etc.,)
