Creating business intelligence from data requires an understanding of the business, the data, and the technology used to store and analyse that data. Using our Rapid Business Intelligence Solutions, data visualisation and integrated reporting dashboards, we can deliver agile, highly interactive reporting and analytics that help our clients to more effectively run their business and understand what business questions can be answered and how to unlock the answers. Responsibilities: a. Lead Quality Assurance for regional content published on adobe.com web sites. b. Document and maintain the test cases, test plan, test results and responsible for defect management. c. Tests in different environments with varying screen resolutions including Cross browser testing Cross operating system testing Mobile/Tablet Responsive Testing d. Create and track issues, analyze dashboards and consolidate QA status using Jira tool. e. Process web-based authoring requests that come down from the different stakeholders f. Communicates effectively with off-site project team members g. Work with cross-functional groups to verify new content and updates across adobe.com web sites h. Responsible for investigation, quality analysis, and monitoring of the testing and final deployment. i. Supervise complex projects j. Manage QA deliverables and ensure projects are delivered with utmost quality and on schedule. k. Help define, improve and implement test processes and tools l. Coach and support team Requirements: a. Experience creating and maintaining test suites that include scenarios and scripts. b. Experience with the Atlassian Software Development & Collaboration Tools (preferably Jira) highly preferred. c. Experience in using a Content Management System, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). d. Experience of testing in a public website production environment highly preferred. e. Self-starter with problem solving experience working in a web content management system highly preferred. f. Working knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle. g. Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. h. Must possess Debugging/ Analytical skills. i. Automation testing experience \' from defining automation strategy, to planning and creation, through implementation is a plus. j. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. k. Provide continuous review and recommendations for improvement of processes related to status reporting/dash-boarding and QA l. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in QA domain.
