Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

- Understand client objectives and work independently to design analytical solutions

- Work with large data sets extracted out of information systems to discover, monitor and improve business process

- Create metrics & KPIs to measure and monitor current process performance as well as ongoing improvements

- Innovate new business solutions or add value to existing ones

- Explore and experiment with different statistical and machine learning methodologies

- Interpret model outputs and insights in context of clients\xe2\x80\x99 business and industry

- Understand parameters & drivers of business processes & convert it into business KPIs

- Convert analysis into actionable insights and present a compelling story to clients (domestic / international)

- Succinctly visualize the findings through PowerPoint Presentations, or visualization tools like Power BI for clients (domestic / international)

- Devise go to marketing strategies & future roadmaps for new & existing solution

Skills

- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView

- Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Minit, PAFNow etc.

- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, Oracle etc. and Structured Query Language (SQL)

- Experience with varied and complex data sets, building ETL (extract transform load) processes using scripting language like SQL, Python

- Good understanding of Machine learning and Artificial intelligence concepts and latest & emerging technologies

- Good understanding of one of the industry sectors viz. Retail, Manufacturing, Financial services, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Products etc.

- Experience working in any Business Processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Inventory Management, Production Planning etc.

- Good understanding of Business Process Management & its tools

- Experience of Project Management methodology viz. Process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodology

- Understands cloud concepts and is well versed with cloud components of any one of the cloud service providers AWS, Azure, GCP

- Well versed with MS Office-Suite & tools

- Effective organization skills & time management skills

- Excellent problem-solving, project management, collaborative & interpersonal skills

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Excellent story-telling & presentation skills

Education

- B Tech or Master\xe2\x80\x99s any technical stream from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes
