The R1 US-HR TA team is seeking a Senior Associate – HR to join our team who will serve as the liaison for candidates going through the onboarding/hiring process. Primary responsibilities include partnering closely with the regular or temp candidate as they navigate a complex onboarding process, building relationships with our clients, suppliers and internal stake holders to ensure an efficient experience and monitoring the process to ensure inefficiencies are escalated. To succeed in this role, the Senior Associate – HR will need strong collaboration, organization skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities : Senior Associate – HR

  • Manage the pre-screening requirements for permanent/contingent hires including Background Check, Drug Screen and Occupational Health.
  • Delivering a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of customer services and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment onboarding process.
  • Closely work with Talent Acquisition operations team to support TA operations processes such as background checks, drug screen and occupational health etc.
  • Support candidates being hired at R1 and ensure an effective Pre-Boarding experience.
  • Interact cross functionally across Internal Stakeholders such as other HR functions, Information Technology, and other various departments
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned
Requirement:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in working in a similar, US based, HR operations support model
  • Experience is US Background Check and Drug Screen Processes
  • Ability to balance compliance with candidate experience.
  • Ability to Work comfortably under pressure, meets tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and keep up with a high volume of activity.
  • Ability to work successfully in a very fast paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • The incumbent must remain flexible to work as per US hours [CST time zone].
