Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced MSBI Analyst with highly motivated and passionate individual who has experience in executing end to end data analytics and visualization projects and bringing them to production quickly and with high quality. Passionate about building flexible and scalable solutions with an eye for detail and can weigh pros and cons to find best possible solutions. Responsibilities:

• MSBI Analyst will work as part of technical team and be involved in the design, development, build, unit testing, and deployment using SQL Server, MSBI (SSIS, SSRS / Power BI), MS Excel
• MSBI Engineer will develop analytics and interactive dashboards and reports by using SSRS / Power BI.
• Thoroughly test all code to ensure that programs are functioning correctly.
• Responsible for developing and testing stored procedures, user defined functions, triggers, and other objects that assist in the implementation of business rules/logic.
• Design and develop relational database models/schemas.
• Query performance tuning and write ad-hoc T-SQL queries.
• Create IT documents for knowledge base, user guides, and other various communications systems.
• Follow established business, technical and project policies and guidelines and standards to include the following: use of best practices, meeting management, project plans, status reports and dashboards, risk and issue tracking, change requests and resource management.

Requirements:

• G raduate (B.E - B. Tech Computer science /MCA/MSc Computers/ M.E/ MTech) or have an equivalent academic qualification.
• Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Relational Database and BI developer using SQL server, SSIS, SSRS / Power BI, MS Excel
• 3 + years’ experience in ETL and Reporting application development using MSBI Tools.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2014/2016/2017
• Experience with continuous integration, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with advanced query design, stored procedures, views and functions.
• Experience with SQL Server & Data Warehouse Concepts.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics using Python.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with technical and business resources at many levels in a manner that supports progress and success.
• Ability to understand, appreciate and adapt to new business cultures and ways of working.
• Demonstrates initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.
