Serve as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition and broader business partners, including Communications, marketing, and D&I, on recruitment marketing campaign tactics and content. Drive and support the implementation of global employer branding best practices to establish Vialto Partners as a significant employer brand globally. Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience. Develop and project the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), to proactively adapt approaches to attract and retain new talent. Conduct research to understand industry trends, candidate preferences, and competitor positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation Monitor and analyze key metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative strategies in employer branding to continuously improve our approach Qualifications You have 3 or more years of experience leading recruitment marketing/employer brand/digital marketing strategies You have extraordinary story telling skills including creative direction, copywriting, copy editing. You can demonstrate the ability to craft compelling, emotional, and relevant messages. Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously You have analytical skills to measure and evaluate the success of employer branding efforts using relevant metrics You have excellent communication skills, are a networking-hero and enjoy collaborating with different teams, countries and departments You are empathetic, authentic, multi-tasking and highly solution-oriented
