B. Key Accountabilities Functional Activities
Support Lead ERP to Maintain and implement comprehensive emergency response plans to address various potential emergencies, including aircraft incidents, natural disasters, medical emergencies, and security threats.
Assist in Conducting regular training sessions and drills to ensure all relevant personnel are familiar with emergency response procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including flight operations, ground services, medical personnel, and regulatory authorities, to ensure a coordinated and seamless response during emergencies.
Assist in Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ERP documentation, manuals, including emergency contact lists, escalation procedures, incident reports, and training records.
Support the coordination of ERP training sessions and drills for relevant personnel, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
Facilitate seamless communication within the ERP team and between various departments during emergency response activities.
Assist in tracking and documenting incidents and emergencies, including their resolution status and lessons learned for future improvements.
Assist in preparing incident reports and ensure timely submission to the relevant stakeholders.
Assist in managing training schedules and ensuring adequate participation in training activities.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
