About the Department

The Commercial & Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.

The Position

As a Senior Associate Digital Asset Manager, the person will be responsible to govern the operations for Veeva Vault PromoMats library for global & across affiliates, so that the data integrity and re-usage of references and anchors in PromoMats are kept at their highest levels. Also, managing the Veeva brand portals and components.

• Timely review and approval of references as per the agreed SOP. To keep references free from any markup before they are uploaded to PromoMats. References should always be tagged with the right metadata. References should not be duplicated. References should be kept up to date by always stating the latest version in PromoMats.
• A thorough review of components metadata and relationships with the documents and approval of components.
• Review of references and reference linking for the new materials developed by content hub based on historic jobs, for the MLR review of assets on Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Deliver end to end modular content production process. Be an active member in on boarding the key stakeholder such as agency partners, Brand managers and the MLR team. Project and stakeholder management. Work closely with the global project manager to enhance the process, share the technical inputs about the process.

Qualification

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with results in top 10%, with relevant business experience, e.g. from web designing firms.
• Flair for IT systems and data relations, especially with Veeva Promomats.
• Knowledge of life science/medical publishing.
• Knowledge of medical, legal and regulatory references/documents in the context of life science marketing.
