Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have demonstrated academic excellence and have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its strategic research vertical Required Background MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant Exposure to handle client relationships Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Strong finance fundamentals Exposure to Fintech, Digital Banking Strategy, Disruptive Tech Understanding of Databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, FactSet etc) Responsibilities Identify and analyze themes in digital disruption, fintech and bank ecosystem strategy Analyze digital solutions in banking from a sustainability / ESG perspective Act as a key member in the origination, evaluation of ideas / opportunities, and execution of transactions and working across broad scope of assignments across multiple geographies, and sectors Develop & maintain relationships with current & potential clients, based in developing a strategic dialogue & advisory services with / for those clients in area of technological and digital solutions Take ownership and / or supervise sophisticated financial models, company valuations and financial performance analysis Generate new ideas and creative approaches to origination & execution of transactions Structure and/or supervise presentations and projects / transactions related documents Benchmarking companies on various financial and operating parameters to analyze the competitive positioning Exhaustive secondary research (through databases, general secondary sources, journals, annual reports, company websites, government and ministry websites). Valuation analysis including trading and transaction comps Industry screening on pre-defined criteria to create a shortlist Conducting quality check on the final project deliverables Financial analysis with extensive use of databases, filings and other company documents
