Roles & Responsibility
Managing Service Partner relationship by championing the Service Partner needs at Amazon. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the Service Partner organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.
\xc2\xb7 Managing and driving the growth of the Service Partner business: Build and execute on a strategic plan that delivers on key business opportunities for Service Partner and Amazon.
\xc2\xb7 Work with Service Partner to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
\xc2\xb7 Analyzing the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on Service Partner current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
\xc2\xb7 Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution
