Overview:
The Senior Associate - Automation Finance will support process efficiency, automation, and AI-driven enhancements within the Finance function. This position will focus on maintaining and improving Salesforce workflows, optimizing transactional processes, and assisting integration initiatives with Oracle and other finance systems. The role will involve working closely with Finance team members, cross-functional partners, and ensuring high-quality user acceptance testing (UAT) practices
In This Role, You Will:

• Assist in the optimization of Salesforce workflows for quoting, contracting, and billing processes, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in the identification and implementation of automation solutions to streamline Finance workflows, with attention to AI-driven improvements where relevant.
• Support data accuracy, reporting, and informed decision-making by enhancing CRM-related processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales Operations, and Finance to support integrations between Salesforce and Oracle, helping to reduce manual interventions.
• Assist with UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and documentation to ensure comprehensive system testing before deployments.
• Help develop and adopt best practices for automation frameworks, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the Finance system environment.
• Prepare status updates on project work and participate in meetings with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash, Sales Operations, RevOps, or similar roles.
• Hands-on exposure to Salesforce workflows and CRM automations; familiarity with Oracle invoicing systems preferred but not required.
• Experience with process automation or supporting AI-driven projects is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams (Sales, Finance, IT), and support project-based workstreams.
• Strong communication skills with an aptitude for documenting and presenting technical workflows to both technical and business audiences.
• Prior experience participating in UAT, QA, or system implementation/testing activities.[1]
• Experience with RPA tools or scripting for automation.
• Understanding of billing and revenue recognition processes.
• Exposure to ITIL practices or supporting automation projects in a systems environment
