Position Overview Seeking a talented individual who possesses general administration knowledge in the areas of: Health & Safety protocols Security procedures Building administration Inventory management Transportation/Travel Management General administrative duties Essential Duties & Responsibilities .Ensure safety and security of all Ralph Lauren Associates, Contractors and Guests at our facilities abiding by our Corporate Health and Safety protocols .Liaison with building facilities team to ensure consistency of building controls, emergency procedures, etc. oAttend to break downs, sustain 24x7 business (can include night shifts and holiday hours) oComprehension of facilities maintenance, overhauls, logistics required for PM (preventative maintenance) .Responsible for duties related to travel arrangements (domestic & international), car transport, etc. .Manage and maintain transportation agreement which includes but not limited to car transport services for shifts and movement of team members .Identify and resolve theft and fraud .Budget accountability - invoicing, PO\'s, vendor payments, etc. .Inventory management - office supplies & equipment .Support People team with general administrative duties i.e. reporting, meeting setups, visitor arrangements, etc. .Develop relationships with building management and any relevant law enforcement .Perform weekly and monthly site assessments .Lead security coverage for events in office Experience, Skills & Knowledge Experience with Administration, Safety & Security measures Minimum 3 years experience in this related field Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to be adaptable to change Ability to be assigned \'on call\' and respond in a timely fashion to alarms or other related emergencies at any facility Strong computer skills preferred - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of general administrative operations in IT industry preferred Strong knowledge of investigative skills
