Senior Architect
Job Description
Main responsibility includes involvement in the design process while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame. Assist in executing the project design, construction details and managing issues on site collectively and with the team members. Prepare \'good for construction\' drawing sets with co-ordination with team members. Assist the Project Incharge/Associate in inculcating design awareness and design culture in the team In absence of Project Incharge maintain communication links between the team and others like (\'Liaison\', \'Client/ Consultant\', \'Lead Director/ Associate\' ) Maintain same level of communication with other Sr. Architects and other team members In absence of Project Incharge - second point of contact for all communication between the Associates and Directors Undertake day to day administrative duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally Use company resources in a responsible manner Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and targets Attend regular training sessions and apply the gained knowledge
