Experience : 2 - 10 year(s) Location : Noida Education : Graduate (Bachelors) Function : Architecture / Interior design Salary : 6.0 - 10.0 LPA Industry : Architecture and Planning Skills: Landscaping , Autocad, Google SketchUp, Autocad Architecture, Architect Designing of government base turnkey projects like Museums, Adventure parks, Theme base parks etc. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and design teams to develop preliminary architectural plans and construction drawings. Development and technical delivery of landscapes. Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations. Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports. Assist in creating 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using industry-standard software. Contribute to the design and detailing of site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and utility layouts. Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure project progress aligns with design intent. Research and incorporate sustainable design practices into projects. Participate in design discussions, providing creative input and contributing fresh ideas. Knowledge of current industry trends, codes, and regulations relevant to architectural and civil engineering design. Representing the organization in progress review meeting with Govt. clients. Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline. Develop strategies to ensure timely completion of projects. Job Requirements Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3D Rendering Programs, Microsoft Professional Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Sketch up proficiency are mandatory. Must be presentation and good with communication. Experience in team management should be there.
