Job Description
Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings. Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects Working closely with a team of other professionals such as Building Service Engineers, Construction Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Architectural Technologists. Writing and presenting reports, proposals, BOQ, applications, and contracts. Specifying the requirements for the project visit to building sites and proposed locations. Attending and contributing to client meetings. Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Architecture. 3 years of working experience with a architectural firm or a architecture related organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills, Knowledge of Auto cad, Google Sketchup, 3DS Max, V Ray, Lumion, Photoshop and allied software. Ability to deliver work within the given timeline and an attitude to learn and contribute.
