Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead conceptual and sustainable design vision across institutional projects. Guide and review architectural drawings, working details, and BOQs. Ensure code compliance (NBC, LEED/GRIHA, local bylaws). Manage internal teams and consultants (Structural, MEP, HVAC, Interiors). Oversee project planning, delivery, and stakeholder coordination. Conduct site visits, resolve on-ground technical issues. Represent the firm in client meetings, reviews, and forums. Contribute to business development, proposals, and competitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Architecture (Master's preferred). 15-20 years of experience, with 10+ years in institutional projects. Proven delivery of high-value buildings (universities, hospitals, offices). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Project. Strong technical and coordination expertise (MEP, facade, sustainability).
