The architect needs to work in close collaboration with the team and lead them but independently with the least guidance to deliver Designs and Drawings of high quality.

Good for Construction Drawings
Consultant CoordinationBuilding plans, sections, elevations, electrical, plumbing, coordination with structures, Detailed BOQ preparation, other building details like the staircase, toilet, kitchen, etc.Knowledge of Building ByelawsKey Skills
Knowledge of Good for construction drawings is Necessary, Good Command over AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Excel is required.
Required Experience and Qualifications
B.Arch Degree from a reputed Institution with at least 8 years of experience with a practicing organization
