MMGS is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai/Pune office:

Principal Engineer - Application Development

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in C#, MVC.Net, ASP.Net, JQuery, .Net CORE, CSS, HTML, JavaScript
• Experience in React, Angular or Vue JS (preferred) skills
• Excellent programming attitude on data structures and algorithms
• Excellent understanding of database, schema designing and hands-on complex SQL queries
• Experience with any RDBMS, strong SQL skills
• Strong with OOPS concepts, design patterns and design principals
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in problem solving
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML 5

• Uses best practice while programming, must be able to write superior quality code with excellent naming conventions
• Good to have Insurance domain Knowledge
• Have Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• Adaptability to change
• Knowledge of processes & development best practices
• Perform code reviews and ensure quality in all deliverables.
• Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers

Preview to our current base policies:

• Maternity benefits: Sum insured for normal delivery and C-section is INR 75,000.
• Mental health on IPD (up to full sum insured) and OPD (up to 40,000) to cover Psychiatric and related treatments
• Home care and treatment : Within the sum insured limit
• Hotel quarantine: Covered in the policy
• Make shift or temporary hospital treatment : Within the sum insured limit
• Enhanced colleague experience through Benefitme portal (one stop self-service for enrollment)

Voluntary Parental Policy:

• Sum Insured options: 3 Lacs, 5 Lacs and 7 Lacs
• Pre-existing diseases: Covered from Day 1 with no waiting periods
• Co-pay: 20% on all claims expect capped aliments
• Internal Congenital ailment: Covered
• Room Rent Restriction: INR 7,500/- per day for normal room & INR 10,000/- per day for ICU; Proportionate Clause applicable
• Pre and post hospitalization: Covered for 30 days and 60 days respectively
• Time exclusions: Waived for diseases (30 days / 1 year / 2 years / 4 years)
• Although completely voluntary, colleagues would be encouraged to enroll considering dependents age & pre-existing health conditions

What you need to have:

• Min 6 Years of experience in developing full stack applications
• BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH

What makes you stand out?

• Exposure to Microservices, APIGEE, OpenAPI
• Hands on Experience on Automated Unit testing framework.

• Experience with various tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, Git / Bitbucket
• Experience on OKTA IDP, working experience on OAUTH 2.0
• Knowledge on Scrum
