Pegasystems is offering exciting, multi-level opportunities to join our team as a Senior Application Quality Engineer. The Senior Application Quality Engineer works with a self-organizing team to design and test best of breed software in Financial Services industry. The team leverages the industry knowledge and Pega’s innovative technology to create products to solve business problems and/or bring in operation efficiencies for customers. We are seeking experienced technical professionals who can demonstrate creativity, teamwork, a results-driven attitude, mentoring and dedication to customer success. This is your chance to build business test processes and high-quality Selenium automation scripts, application features and supporting functions based upon identified business use cases.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Participate in testing the quality of features in Onboarding application of Financial Services Industry
• Assist in the identification of enhancements to Testing frameworks
• Actively participate in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions - providing continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes
• Actively contribute towards innovations (finding solutions to the challenges in testing applications)
• Leverage best in class technologies to convert the use cases/requirements into test design, automation scripts and its implementation, test/build deployment and support

Who You Are:

You are an experienced quality assurance professional (preferably from Financial services domain) with a strong commitment to customer success without compromising integrity. You are a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment who wants to focus on quality of the next-generation solutions. You are skilled in both manual testing and automation technologies, frameworks (preferably selenium).

What You've Accomplished:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in design, development and maintenance of automation scripts along with manual test case design and implementation, preferably in Financial Services Industry
• Experience in Selenium, Java - OOPS concepts, GIT/SVN, Jenkins, Cucumber framework
• Working experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
• Having knowledge of Financial Services domain is an added advantage
• Strong interest and desire to learn BPM using Pega Platform
• Results oriented – focused on delivering results not just activities and ability to analyse, identify and solve problems
• Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development
• Meet aggressive deadlines and handle the pressure associated with it.
