Job Description

• An experienced Appian Developer responsible for designing and developing business process management (BPM) applications using the Appian platform. The candidate will have a good understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices, along with handson experience in building Appian-based applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Must be proficient in SAIL, Process Models, Records, CDTs, and Appian Integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Appian Sites, Reports, and security best practices is essential.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and record-level security in Appian is required.
• Experience integrating with external systems and databases via Web APIs and connected systems is a must.
• Must have Appian Level 2 (Senior Developer) certification or higher is LSA preferred.
• Responsibilities include development, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and supporting deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Appian and DevOps pipelines is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential
