Qualifications and RequirementsResponsibilities: Manual Test Automation, and strong in QA Documentation,Design, develop, and maintain manual & automated test scripts, test documentation, JIRA/Confluence for Mobile, Web and backend applications, Implement and manage test automation frameworks.Test Planning & Execution: (For Sr QA)Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases based on requirements and specifications.Execute automated and manual tests to ensure the quality of the application.Continuous Integration: (For Sr QA)Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing.Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to improve test automation processes.Defect Management:Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.Performance Testing: (For Sr QA)Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the application meets performance standards.Analyse test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.Quality Assurance:Ensure that the application meets functional and non-functional requirements.(For Sr QA) - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills: Test Automation Tools:Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Experience with API testing tools like Postman (Collections) and RestAssured.Programming Languages: : (For Sr QA)Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.Ability to write and maintain test scripts.CI/CD Integration: : (For Sr QA)Experience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.Performance Testing: (For Sr QA)Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.Ability to analyse performance test results and identify bottlenecks.Defect Tracking:Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Documentary tools Confluence, or similar.Agile Methodologies:Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.Additional Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Note: work from office, 6 days working (Monday to Friday- 10 am 7 pm/ all Saturday- 10 am to 4 pm)
