What we\'re looking for: As a Senior Anaplan Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and managing Anaplan implementation projects for our finance team. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop and implement solutions to build models and support our financial planning and analysis processes within Anaplan. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to FP&A Analysts, training them and reviewing their work within Anaplan. You will provide thought leadership to drive innovation and best practices across the FP&A team and organization. As a Senior Anaplan Analyst you will: Lead and manage Anaplan implementation projects from gathering requirements to post-implementation support Design, develop, and implement Anaplan models and solutions to support financial planning and analysis processes Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for Anaplan solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship re: Anaplan to the FP&A team Conduct trainings for end-users and stakeholders on Anaplan functionality and best practices Contribute to the development of Anaplan-related methodologies and best practices Stay up to date and informed with Anaplan releases, proficient with new capabilities and features and recommend upgrades and enhancements to existing models Build on your existing knowledge and within the FP&A cycle, implementing best practices and aligning transformed processes with new capabilities within the software Align with wider transformation activities including replacement of core financials (General Ledger) and HCM (Human Capital Management) systems What makes you a great fit: You have 5+ years of experience in Anaplan implementation and consulting, preferably in the fintech, financial services or SaaS industries You hold Anaplan Model Builder Certification at Level 3 OR Solution Architect You have a strong technical and functional understanding of Anaplan architecture, modules, and capabilities You have strong project management skills and experience managing end-to-end Anaplan implementation and improvement projects You possess good working knowledge of finance and accounting processes and concepts You are confident dealing with senior stakeholders across the business and owning your work with minimal hands-on management You are proactive & solution focused with sound critical thinking skills and a high attention to detail You have outstanding organizational and prioritization skills including the ability to work to tight deadlines You are personable and able to build trusting working relationships What you\'ll get in return: Make work, work for you!
