What is the Enterprise Vendor Management group responsible for?
The Enterprise Vendor Management team supports strategic initiatives and firm-wide objectives through the global management of labor and non-labor vendors for the purpose of delivering high quality vendor products and services to grow our investment management business, while optimizing the total cost of ownership.
What is the Senior IS Analyst responsible for?
The Senior IS Analyst is a key role in the team’s objectives to align the firm’s requirements for Software Asset Management. The primary function of this position is to administer and manage the Software Asset Management tool at Franklin Templeton. The role interacts with multiple stakeholders and requires attention to detail. The Senior IS Analyst will combine knowledge of technology, problem solving, relationship building and vendor management to foster alignment between business needs and software compliance.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior IS Analyst?

• 
  Leading the strategic development and daily operations of the Software Asset Management tool.
• 
  Update Software Asset Management tool with software purchased and associated contracts to ensure software compliance.
• 
  Assist with management of software requests from end users and the purchase of the software.
• 
  Manage software lifecycle.
• 
  Collaborate with technology and security to align.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

• 
  Bachelor’s degree required.
• 
  5+ years’ experience related to software asset management.
• 
  Knowledge of technology including software hosting and hardware.
• 
  Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• 
  Passion to learn and contribute to a dynamically changing work environment.
• 
  Results driven with attention to detail and the ability to move quickly while staying organized.
• 
  Strong problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written).

Work Shift Timing - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
