We are seeking for our client, who are a SaaS based product company, an exceptionally skilled Due Diligence Senior Analyst. As a pivotal member of the team, the analyst shall take on the crucial responsibilities of conducting meticulous and comprehensive due diligence assessments on a diverse array of potential targets and jurisdictions. Candidate profile A graduate degree in any field, with a preference for candidates with a Masters degree Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in conducting due diligence assessments, secondary research or related roles Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to due diligence activities Excellent research abilities and proficiency in using relevant databases and online sources (PEP, Sanctions, Media, Litigation, etc.) Review and provide feedback on due diligence reports prepared by junior analysts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Excellent time management and organizational skills Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry best practices
