Primary Responsibilities Operate as a SME, providing cross-functional support in Workday Talent, Performance, Compensation, Core HCM and Reporting modules globally. Assist IT & Workday team members on production support cases through ServiceNow related to integrations, security & reporting. Research, troubleshoot and provide resolution in a timely manner Manage Workday support tickets through ServiceNow Portal ensuring customer issues and requests are addressed within defined SLA\'s. Execute mass data changes (EIBs), ensuring highest level of data integrity Assist with system development, upgrades and enhancements (in consultation with the Workday team). Create and maintain content to promote user enablement (job aids, new user training) Maintain documentation to support Workday processes and internal controls Ensure compliance and data governance through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentation. Provide a proactive interface between regional HR client groups and the global Workday team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations Establish and maintain strong relationships with the HR COEs, HRBPs, cross-functional technical teams, and other stakeholders. Communicate client group feedback to leadership as appropriate. Engage with Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needs Knowledge And Skills General knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent and Performance Management, Learning modules General knowledge of the business process framework including use of condition and validation rules, notifications, and roles Experience with creating and troubleshooting EIB for on demand data loading Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills and highly detail oriented. Strong program and project management skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience leading requirement gathering interviews or sessions. Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills. Experience presenting technical topics in a business-oriented fashion to non-technical audiences. Ability to collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, often on global teams. Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills and highly detail oriented. Ability to lead effective meetings and briefings for internal and external representatives. Proven experience establishing strong working relationships with a wide range of team members and clients. Work Experience 3-4 years of Workday or related HCM systems management experience. Demonstrated experience configuring, implementing and/or maintaining Workday. Successful record of building and improving operational processes and procedures, ability to drive program efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail. Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment. Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment. Solution consultant orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations - ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent employee experience. Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Education and Certification(s): Bachelor\'s degree in business, HR or related field.
