The team is poised to enable easier, faster and reliable decisions for Novartis divisions across the globe.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide analytics support to Novartis internal stakeholders on various high complexity analytical reports.
Facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal stakeholders by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
Support Business Analytics business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business-related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
Drive design and improvements of existing services / deliverables and Leverage data analytics and modelling to improve Data storytelling.
Ability to operate effectively matrix environment, strong teammate who is dynamic and result oriented.

Minimum Requirements

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role:

• Experience (3+ years) in business analytics in a market research firm or pharmaceutical company or Pharma KPO
• Hands on experience in Handlebar templates, JS, React, HTML and CSS and Proficient level experience in Node JS.
• Hands-on experience with any redux middleware library for state management and recent hands-on experience in IntelliJ OR Visual Studio Code.
• Experience with Agile software development, good understanding of Authentication/Authorization & web security. Basic understanding of Java
• Should understand pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
• Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and consistent track record to provide insights
