Senior Trade Surveillance Analyst
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Regulatory Risk Management frameworks in line with FirstRand Group requirements to ensure adequate identification, assessment, communication, control, and monitoring of risk, in relation to trade surveillance.
- Monitor and track regulatory changes and communications to ensure all regulatory requirements are fulfilled. Prepare impact papers as necessary.
- Provision of monthly MI related to trade surveillance and represent London compliance at related meetings and forums.
- Support Head of Compliance Advisory business in providing responses to both audit (internal and external) and regulators requests.
- Support Head of Compliance Advisory business in the development of controls, procedures, and policies and to support the development of a policy management system.
- Address ad hoc compliance requirements, undertake related project work as required.
- Adhere to applicable rules and regulations and always reflect the standards of conduct and behavior required by the Bank.
- Prepare and deliver compliance updates and reports to various internal committees.
- Maintain and update required documentation on HR Comply and Archer systems for all relevant Compliance requirements.
