Job Information The Analyst/Senior Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Serialisation Experience: 2+ NP: Preffer Immidiate then up to 30 Days Salary: 5 to 6 LPA max : 1. This role is for a person in the trenches to support the Serialisation process. 2. The Serialisation Service Analyst will be responsible for the provision of day-to-day operation of the Serialisation support service, acting as the primary point of contact for the business end-users and fulfil the following accountabilities for all relevant components of this service. 3. The Serialisation Service includes support from the obtaining of serial numbers, the application of serialisation processes and data at the supply site, dispatch and receipt of the product and its data into the market as well as a returns and queries loop back into the LOC and the support service from the wholesaler, retailer or end user / patient. This includes supporting the resolution of issues and queries from the GSK Commercial and Quality teams 4. To develop Serialisation process and data capabilities to support the business needs in addressing any incidents/problems that arise during BAU operations, and fulfilling any data requests received. 5. Transition and support new or changed Serialisation service scope as Serialisation continues to deploy and evolve globally. 6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team 7. Ability to communicate with transparency 8. Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance 9. Makes quality decisions with limited supervision 10. Previous experience with Serialisation and/or pharma packaging a plus. Key Responsibilities Assist the team and SME in accomplishing the following: 1. Identify opportunities and support efforts to improve processes through continuous improvement 2. Knowledge of supply chain, Packaging, 3. Ensure that the GSK & Serialisation Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) are applied and adhered to including embedding and adopting standard ways of working in accordance with Quality Risk and Compliance policies. 4. Co-ordination with related underpinning Tech and Automation / Engineering support services, as required to resolve serialisation incidents. processes in alignment with IT support. along with facilitation of transition from deployment to the support service 5. Work with in-market teams at the site, quality, logistics, warehousing and customer queries level to ensure supply continuity, incident management and resolution related to serialisation 6. Conduct analysis and reviews and provide recommendations when proposed deviations / customisations/ change requests / improvements / localizations to support engineering or business standards or associated Service Level Agreements should be approved or denied including any impact to the support service. 7. Ensure the appropriate monitoring of Serialisation data flows through the enterprise system, to ensure GSK remains compliant. 8. Work with cross-functionally teams to solve problems and implement changes 9. Understand, capture and document the business requirements across the business. 10. Familiar with Pharma industry regulatory requirements, compliance etc. Job Type: Regular / Permanent Schedule:
