Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Controlling Consultant to join our in-house RL Team. The candidate need to have a deep understanding of SAP Controlling (CO) module and will be responsible for leading CO relevant projects, configuring CO module, and providing expert-level guidance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO implementation projects from planning to delivery.

• Configure and customize SAP CO module to meet development requirements.

• Design and implement CO solutions for cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and product costing.

• Hands on experience on Profitability Analysis, Product Costing and Material Ledger

• Configure and customize SAP CO module to meet the specific integration requirements with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.

• CO to FI Module Integration experience

• Experience CO reports and analytics.

• Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation while adhering to the organization standards.

• Provide training and support to clients on SAP CO module.

• Supports for monthly and year-end activities.

• Works as a Subject Matter Expert with the user community, other SAP business process leads, SAP development team and other team members on IT projects.

• Identifies costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules.

• Act as direct liaison with Finance business and ERP team for troubleshooting, business process mapping and system enhancements.

• Participate in system and integration testing and production go live activities!

• Contribute towards best practices for CoE to optimize development efforts and stay up to date with SAP CO module enhancements and best practices.

• Having FI module exposure and understating will be an Add on.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP Controlling implementation and support work experience

• Minimum two full life cycle Implementation

Skills :

• Must posses' core strength in SAP Controlling (SAP CO) and SAP Finance (SAP FI)

• Should have integration knowledge of FI/CO with other SAP modules (MM and SD)

• Should have in depth SAP experience with FI Configuration which includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Asset Accounting, FSCM

• SAP Controlling configuration which include General controlling, Cost center accounting, Cost element accounting, Profit center accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Project system

• Must be an SAP accounting and costing expert

• Experience in NA Sales and Use tax, EU Value Added Tax and Statutory reporting

• Experience in Retail and/or Fashion Industry is a huge plus

• Experience in Global Implementation will be a plus

• Excellent communication (both written & verbal), presentation and business relationship skills

• Experience with managing teams & business partners across the globe desired

• Experience with Concur (T&E) and Vertex will be a Plus

Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP FI/CO Certification Preferred
