  • Sales Support plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales platforms and customer-facing tools.
  • As an Analyst, you will be responsible for incident management, technical troubleshooting, and coordination across teams to resolve issues impacting sales systems, order management, and customer care tools.
  • You'll also support the client's Premier Page platform, helping internal users navigate and resolve technical challenges.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to minimize service disruptions and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support and incident management for sales tools, OMS, and Premier Page platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and support teams to ensure minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Educate users and offer proactive support for recurring or known issues.
  • Work flexible hours, including evening or night shifts, to support global operations.
Essential Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical coursework preferred.
  • 1 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or sales operations.
  • Verbal and written expertise in German x2 or French x1 or Japanese x2 or Chinese x2 or Portuguese x1 or Spanish x1 or Korean x1
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with the client's tools related to customer care, order processing, and sales.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Requirements
  • Knowledge of the client's Premier ecosystem and sales processes.
  • Experience with order-to-cash (OTC) workflows.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote).
Mandatory Skills
  • 1 3 years in international BPO
  • STS Order Management or OTC background
  • Verbal and written expertise in any one German x2 or French x1 or Japanese x2 or Chinese x2 or Portuguese x1 or Spanish x1 or Korean x1
  • Support experience in similar domains
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Multi-tasking, stakeholder engagement, and real-time problem-solving
Experience:
  • Total Exp 1-3 yrs
  • Rel Exp- 1-3 yrs
