Our new NAB Innovation Centre India (NICI) will support NAB to deliver faster, better and more personalised experiences to customers and colleagues. Based in Gurugram, India, NICI will drive our innovation program and spark more opportunities.



Essential Capabilities:

• Organization of test activities
• Lead an Automation led approach for system, SIT and unit testing, lead and contribute to platform integration and performance tests.
• Implement & monitor quality metrics including trend analysis of discrepancies and defects; drive investigations into problems and correction actions relating to recurring problems.
• Innovate and embed Quality Engineering practices.
• Promote shared goals of creating high quality software. Drive Agile practices.
• Create and review solution documentation.
• Drive a learning-based culture.
• Adaptable and willingness for manual / adhoc testing for areas not "automate-able"
• Support the team in identifying risks and issues and propose resolution in managing time, quality commitments

• Lead the Test, maintenance and improvement of software
• Ensure team delivers well designed & high quality outcomes
• Apply pro-actively & perform hands-on design and implementation of best practice CI/CD
• Coaching & mentoring of other Service Team members
• Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
