About the role
Around Five years of rich and varied experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management / Global indirect sourcing for STPI/EOU and SEZ.
The position is responsible for procurement of IS&IT related Product and Services, (All hardware, Software, Servers, Consumables, Routers, VPN Connection, Network, bandwidth, spares etc.) and outsourcing activities like, selecting Agencies for PR, IFM Services, security / Event Management / Business Development / Advertisement / transport / Travel desk / facility, HR Services (Training and development , Recruitment services , Employee relation Programs other HR services ).
Experience in creating Annual Contracts for Hotels & Accommodation, IT & IFM related services, handling import and export co-ordination, vendor development and vendor audit activities .

To improve upon PR, PO, GIN Cycle.
To meet Internal Customer regularly over telecom and personally by weekly / fortnightly basis.
To arranging meeting between Internal customer and the business associates wherever needed.
To help internal customer for all their emergency Purchases.
To take active part in Site Excellence Team meeting.
Develop customer friendly attitude in day-to-day transactions
Ensure all the contracts are signed with appropriate terms and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s before the initiation of work .
Ensure Zero disruption to the business
End to End support to GITC Purchases
To give timely help to IS&IT to bring the major IT technology changes in organization.
To give timely help to Admin / Facility / HR and other GITC department in their Misc. / Capital procurement
To take care of GITC purchases related to IS&IT / HR / Facility / Administration.

Monthly Report
Create required Monthly reports
Review of monthly reports by first Friday of every month
PR to PO Cycle
Follow the SOP and ensure to coordinate with internal customer & Supplier for timely Issuance of PO
Comply TAT in every transaction.
