: Role Summary/Purpose: The selected candidate will be a part of "Performance Marketing" rolling up to Synchrony, India, Hyderabad. The Email Analyst will be responsible for flawless campaign execution, on time projects delivery and support Synchrony client marketing campaigns with strong documentation. This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:

• Work within designated email Marketing platforms to execute Email Marketing/Servicing campaigns end to end. Also, ensure that the creative and file selections are accurate.
• Liaise with multiple teams to agree upon campaign timelines and priorities
• Assist with legal and compliance approval of creative within campaign management system.
• Ensure all campaigns meet required campaign documentation requirements
• Record all approvals and final documents within campaign management system
• Drive data driven campaign results back to client teams for continuous campaign improvement
• Drive email personalization and adoption of responsive design
• Proactively maintain a good communication rhythm with US Clients/stakeholders/external suppliers on assigned projects
• Maintain project tracker to reflect current status of all projects with completion dates
• Support Business CTC (Critical to Quality) management

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing US clients/stakeholders
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in executing marketing/servicing campaigns using email marketing platform i.e. Dream/Harmony-PCM, Eloqua, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, Unica, Zeta Global etc.
• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience on any project management tool i.e. MRM, Workfront, Jira, Asana, Kanbanize etc.
• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience on MS office tools (Excel, Word & Power point)
• Strong project management skills & attention to detail.
• Exposure to marketing and retail concepts.
• Experience on working or coordinating with multiple teams and able to drive the results.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of US credit card or retail business
• Exposure/ knowledge on process of Email marketing Campaigns
• Exposure to FDR and other Marketing databases
• Proven ability in delivering and reviewing projects with clients and peers
• Ability to manage fast paced, deadline driven environment
