This role is a technical lead role responsible for managing and working with integrated teams to deliver technology solutions within the Oracle Delivery Team. Role: Oracle EBS Role Description The primary role will be to act as a Senior Analyst for the Oracle Delivery Team. Your daily tasks will comprise of: Manage the development activities for Project & Enhancements Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to the project manager for all development related activities and ensure the development team deliver to project plans. Actively participate in risk management and change management on projects. Direct and oversee developers ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed, and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality. Work with service leads to ensure the technical solution are fit for purpose. Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building Manage business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide hands on implementation and post implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIM/OUM). Team lead role, strong Oracle technical skills required along with good planning abilities. 10+ years hands on Oracle E-Business experience or an equivalent ERP technology, 5 years in team lead role. At least 2 project roles leading development teams. Proficient in Agile Scrum methodologies and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards. Ability and willingness to learn any new tools as required is important Experience on Oracle Visual Builder Studio would be an added advantage. Technology : Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics would be preferred. Functional Knowledge on Supply Chain Modules is must. Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Cloud would be a plus Expert knowledge of Oracle development tools, some e-Business application functionality, system administration, database structure, and knowledge of a multi-Org architecture Technical requirements: SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Script, Java, XML, JDeveloper, VBS. Oracle Reports/Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, AME, ODI, OAF, ADF, OIC, weblogic Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions Have led at least 2 technical migration projects Knowledge of EBS Oracle versions R12 & Oracle Fusion Cloud Some functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS Modules would be beneficial Knowledge of OIC integration would be beneficial Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations Willingness to operate and progress in areas and technologies that are outside of previous experience Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required.
