We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst - Inventory Management
In this role, you will:

  • Perform regular business-as-usual activities such as invoice reconciliation, submitting invoices for payment, and following up with the Accounts Payable team.
  • Manage periodic activities by liaising with vendors to resolve invoice-related queries and payment issues.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts and Receivables team, Market Data Inventory, and cost management teams to update accruals and address contract-related queries.
  • Ensure timely submission and verification of monthly and quarterly vendor declarations, including direct exchanges.
  • Review and action weekly and quarterly vendor data notifications promptly.
  • Support managers in maintaining turnaround times (TAT) and quality of tasks and reports.
  • Work closely with the database manager on inventory clean-up projects, process improvements, and enhancements.
  • Participate in daily catch-up calls for work prioritization and knowledge sharing.
To be successful, you will:
  • Degree in a financial domain.
  • Knowledge of market data products and vendors.
  • Experience in invoice reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in managing inventory tools such as Market Data Management (MDM).
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Access and PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24x5 rotating shift and a service-oriented, customer-focused approach.
