& Summary A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Accounts Payable and Receivable team is responsible for performing collections activity and payment of debt activity. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on working with senior individuals to review and produce reports related to the accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts that will assist PwC in achieving monthly collection target amounts as well as ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices.

Section I: Job Summary
ServiceNow agent is responsible to provide operations support for ServiceNow Enterprise Cloud
based ITSM application. The Operations support includes the responsibilities of monitoring the
Incident and request queues, meet the SLA requirements of the organisation, ensure that the
Incident request is fixed and responded. Managing Finance related quires and incident.
Section II: Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Addressing Finance service requests from end users via ticketing tool Service Now in a courteous
manner.
\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding service requests for resolution.
\xe2\x97\x8f Prioritise and schedule queries.
\xe2\x97\x8f End to end query management including \xe2\x80\x93 acknowledging, tracking, resolving, routing &
redirecting queries reported.
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaising with respective departments for the resolution.
\xe2\x97\x8f Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that all the queries are resolved as per defined SLA.
\xe2\x97\x8f Record, track and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all
successful & unsuccessful decisions made, actions taken, through the final resolution.
\xe2\x97\x8f Analysis of recurring queries and provide insight to the target team as policies and procedures,
and answer questions based on FAQ\xe2\x80\x99s
\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate documented resolutions and analyse trends for the ways to prevent future problems.
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requesters.
\xe2\x97\x8f Publishing weekly and monthly dashboards.
\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication & coordination among the respective teams.
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing SLA and Publishing periodic reports/dashboards to stakeholders.

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
\xe2\x97\x8f Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
\xe2\x97\x8f Positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges
\xe2\x97\x8f Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, reporting
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with Oracle is a plus.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience as a Help desk agent
\xe2\x97\x8f Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communications skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Should be a good team player, highly motivated and ambitious
\xe2\x97\x8f Desire to learn and ability to quickly implement learnings.
\xe2\x97\x8f Exposure to Ticketing tools

Education Level:
MBA finance or Graduate in Commerce, B.com, BBA
Experience Level:
2 months \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of relevant experience
