Position: Senior Analyst, Security Number of Direct Reportees N/A Location Mumbai Key Responsibilities Develop a value-added approach to supply chain challenges by employing data analysis, innovation and automation Requirement gathering at the project inception on daily/weekly incident rates Provide reporting & analytics support to Security vertical stakeholders Work with cross-functional teams to gather site related information over incidents and safety Own the SRIR dashboard building project for requested site(s) and drive it through with stakeholders Probe to understand the underlying Business question from stakeholders and leads to share relevant insights that drives impact to the Business Demonstrate commitment to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient and accurate use of processes; lead by example Ensure accuracy of the output and follow all the quality control steps before publishing Communicate timeline clearly and enable timely publication of the reports Apply logical and independent thinking to evaluate recurrent changes and integrate the same without breaking the process Ability to perform analytical thinking to publish valuable insights using performance metrics Work on ad-hoc requests as in when they appear and provide prompt response on resolutions Timely response to customer telephone and email inquiries. Work towards individual and team goals effectively KPIs for the position (in line with KPIs for the team) -QualificationBachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university is required. Discplines like Industrial/Logistics Engineering preferred. It\'s good to have a Master\'s degree 1 - Stakeholder management across Security division(s) Experience 4 to 5 years experience in Technology and BI reporting 2 - Data visualization skills to present performance tracking results in Power BI Knowledge (Domain and IT) SQL and Dashboarding (in Power BI/Tableau) is a must Statistical Forecasting, Predictive Modeling would be good to have Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel, Basics of Macros, Automation 3 - Knowledge of Data source connectivity across platforms like PBI etc. 4 - Accurate requirement gathering skills with good communication 5 - Understanding of Warehouse operations, especially on labor contracting
