This position is responsible to provide support for planning, developing and implementing the company\'s digital & traditional marketing strategy and bring alignment between the BUs and Global Marketing Team. Includes responsibility for social media marketing & Campaigns.
\'\xe2\x80\xa2 Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
Supporting Trade Events [Excon, Auto Expo, Elecrama etc.] Coordination for industry bodies events, CII events, managing physical campaigns, including coordination with agencies, business marketing teams and leaders.
Managing virtual campaigns like \xe2\x80\x93 WhatsApp Campaign, Virtual Technology Days, I Am Eaton, Leader Speak
Arranging Training Workshops for corporate and BUs
Track competition\xe2\x80\x99s campaigns and generating reports of their effectiveness.
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, to ensure correct and timely deliveries of the campaign activity.
Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns to ensure that Eaton\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs, including regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Coordinate with global team for publishing relevant contents based on global branding theme.
Conduct interviews of Indian leaders for Social Media and Trade Publications.
Create contents Trade Media Publications and News Papers.
Prepare appealing content for LinkedIn Global Handle and Leadership handles.
Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Ensure all-around brand consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
Qualifications:
MBA / higher degree
3-5 years of experience in Marketing domain, with at-least 2 years in marketing, communications or related discipline. Experience in drivng campaigns, VOC and digital marketing.
Skills:
Technical background preferred.
Knowledge of marketing tools.
Experience in handling campaigns and designing marketing strategy.
Knowledge of analytics to measure the ROI of Marketing Campaigns
Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
Working knowledge of content management systems.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a matrix structure. MNC experience preferred.
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Have worked with multiple stakeholders and can contribute independently.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a dynamic environment.
