As a Senior AI Test Automation Engineer, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI/ML-based products. In this unique opportunity, you will make an impact across a wide range of software engineering teams. You will drive the architecting, design and development of automation testing end-to-end product features powered by AI/ML. You will also build novel test automations, innovative approaches to identify and create close to real life test data, tools, and applications to measure, report and improve the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for AI/ML applications, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests - automation first being the key guiding principle.
• Design, develop and operationalize automation frameworks tailored for rapidly testing and evaluating AI/ML models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, product management, program management) to define testing requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge testing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Identify and prioritize risk areas in AI/ML applications; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Proactively review escaped defects, conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions (including updating the automation coverage).
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on testing progress, quality metrics, and release readiness.

Skill Sets

• Thrive in a culture of continuous learning, metrics orientation, growth, and innovation within the QA team.
• Able to write production-quality code.
• Has hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium, Appium, Cucumber test tools, and different frameworks.
• Has hands-on experience in API testing using RestAssured, SOPAUi, Postman, etc and in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python.
• Has hands-on experience in testing & certifying the quality of apps built using Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, and Chatbots.
• Has experience with Test Management tools like TestRail, JIRA, ALM, etc.
• Has deep expertise in developing robust, reusable, readable, and maintainable automated tests and utilities
• Has built test automation solutions for hybrid/integrated environments including Web, APIs & Mobile.
• Has exposure to developing test automation with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of testing AI/ML applications.
• 4+ years of proficiency in building automation frameworks for AI/ML testing using tools like Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow, along with Swift, Objective C, or C++.
