About this Role
We are seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to join our agile Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. This role involves managing and maintaining automation processes across both market-leading and in-house RPA products. The individual will be responsible for ensuring production readiness, mentoring junior colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver seamless automation solutions.
What you will do

  • Review and approve newly developed automations for production, ensuring alignment with established standards.
  • Maintain the production environment using incident, change, and problem management protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders as part of daily operations.
  • Mentor and onboard junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for business lines.
Who you are
  • Holds a graduation degree in technology.
  • Brings 5-10 years of experience in RPA development, solution design, or automation operations.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in UiPath, including development, orchestration, and troubleshooting.
  • Possesses strong coding skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Node.js.
  • Understands software development best practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Has experience working in international, distributed teams and cross-functional environments.
  • Confident in liaising and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Skilled in organisation and prioritisation, with a track record of planning across phases, dependencies, and milestones.
