Team Leadership & Training
Lead and mentor junior admission counselors.
Conduct training sessions to improve sales pitch, communication skills, and product knowledge.
Application & Admission Handling
Assist students in filling out application forms, documentation, and verification.
Ensure smooth admission conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
Lead Management & Conversion
Handle walk-ins, telephonic, social media, and online admission inquiries.
Maintain high conversion ratios through follow-ups and relationship building.
Target Achievement
Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Create strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Update CRM or admission software with accurate information.
Coordination with Departments
Coordinate with academic, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Communicate feedback from students/parents to management.
Events & Seminars
Represent the institute at education fairs, school visits, seminars, and counseling sessions.
Support in organizing open houses and orientation programs.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
Handle queries, grievances, and ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements:-
