2. Lead Management
Follow up with potential leads and inquiries regularly. Track and manage leads using CRM tools. Ensure timely responses to student queries.
3. Admission Process Coordination
Assist in application and documentation procedures. Coordinate with internal teams for timely enrollment. Ensure accurate entry and tracking of student data.
4. Team Support & Training
Mentor and support junior counselors in meeting their targets. Provide product and process training to new team members. Share best practices for improving counseling and conversions.
5. Reporting & Target Achievement
Achieve individual and team admission targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Analyze conversion ratios and suggest improvements.
6. Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with students and parents. Maintain alumni connections for referrals and testimonials.
7. Market Awareness
Stay updated on education trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on student interactions.
