Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, documents, and records
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave management
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Handling vehicle details like insurance & maintenance of compnay cars
  • Manage office supplies, stationary, equipment, and maintenance
  • Handle petty cash management and reimbursements
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
